SRC Runner Ride

The Runner Ride bike share is an examplary model of campus collaboration. Thank you to the Student Recreation Center, Associated Students, Inc., Business and Administrative Services, and the Office of the President. The program allows students, staff, and faculty free daily access to a fleet of 30 bicycles, reducing the University's carbon footprint and facilitating a healthy lifestyle. You do not need an SRC membership to use the bicycles, just check one out at the SRC front desk.

For more information, visit the Runner Ride webpage

Green Commuter Vanpool Program

In partnership with Green Commuter, CSUB will be launching a pilot vanpool program for CSUB students, staff and faculty. The program will launch with two Tesla Model X vehicles with other vehicles, such as the Chevy Bolt, with the hopes of providing reliable transportation to the campus community while also reducing the emission of pollutants in the air.

For more information, visit our Green Commuter page.

Electric Vehicle Charging Stations

There are currently 4 electric vehicle (EV) charging stations at CSUB. These charging stations are located in Lot M directly next to the Runner Cafe and the Student Union. A valid parking permit is required when using a charging station.

The current fee for using an EV charging station is $1.25 for each of the first 4 hours and $2.50 for each hour thereafter. These stations are apart of the ChargePoint network, so remember to set up an account before charging.
