CSUB's Runner Letter Day Encourages Freshmen

Recent studies show that freshmen are self-reporting higher rates of depression. Freshmen also doubt their ability to succeed and need extra support to be successful. CSUB's Runner Letter Day is a campus-wide effort to show freshmen we care about their success. Each freshman took home a handwritten letter of encouragement from family, friends, faculty, staff or their former high school teachers and counselors.
