CSUB Invites Alumni to Upcoming Fireside Chats

Results of recent alumni survey will be presented

The CSUB Alumni Association invites university alumni to three upcoming community forums with CSUB president Dr. Horace Mitchell on May 6, 7, and 15 at various locations. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with other alumni and have a direct conversation with Dr. Mitchell to discuss ways to increase partnerships between CSUB and its alumni.

During the forums, there will be a presentation of the results of a recent alumni survey and focus groups that were conducted with CSUB Alumni in an effort to gain a better understanding of how CSUB can better connect and engage with the university’s graduates. Alumni will then have the opportunity to give their feedback on the future of alumni programming at CSUB.

“We are very interested in hearing feedback from our fellow CSUB alumni on how we can better serve them. It’s important that they stay active and engaged with the campus, because their stories are so important,” said David Loomis, CSUB Alumni Association President-Elect. “We’d also like to share with them, what the university has been doing and our plans to further our alumni outreach.”
