-Food Sale was great! Thanks to everyone who helped. We
made $935.69.
-Modern Dance Practice: TBA
Announcements:
-Preschool Literacy Program is designed to help children
ready for kindergarten. There are boxes around campus to
donate books.

Food Sale Preparation information
-Chicken Adobo preparation on Sunday April 10, 2005 at
Ben's House. We need large ziplock bags!
-Sodas: 4 cases from Leo and 6 cases from Costco or
someplace else
-BBQ preparation Friday Night, April 8, 2005 in the
Cafeteria-Time TBA.
-Shanghai preparation on Thursday April 7, 2005-Time:TBA
-20lbs Rice
-Set up will start at 6am of April 11, 2005
-We need to check what we have from last food sale
(plates, spoons, napkins etc.), because we need to know
how much to buy.
-Call Matt for tent ASAP!
-Next food sale meeting Wednesday April 6, 2005 at 1pm in
front of the Student Union.

Presale Tickets
-$5 and will be available from March 31st-April 7
-Meal will include the following: Rice, Pancit, Shanghai,
Adobo, and drink
-$6.50 day of sale

-2004-2005 Filipino Excellence Scholarship applications
are now available. They can be downloaded at
www.csub.edu/kaibigan. Deadline to apply is April 4,
2005.
-Food Sale: Next Quarter sometime during the first 3
weeks.

-Graffiti clean up February 26, 2005 Saturday. Time:
9-11pm. Location: between Panama and Wible across Stiers.
-Kaibigan Modern Dance Team won 2nd Place at the BPAPs
Contest!

--Graffiti clean up February 19, 2005 Saturday. Time:
9-10pm. Location: between Panama and Wible across Stiers.
--BPAPS Contest
-Friday, Feb 18 is the BPAPS contest, 7p.m at the Multi
Purpose Room. General admission is $5. CSUB Students
Free.
--Sunday, Feb 20 is the Filipino American Service Team.
Kaibigan members
will be performing Modern Dance at the Holiday Inn Select.
Cost for attending
and for dinner is $35 per person. If anyone would like to
attend the event and have dinner, Rose Munoz needs an
RSVP-- 871-1365.
--Board in Student Union. Let’s work on it!!!
--Modern Practice: Every Tuesday and Thursday at Silver

-Constitution Revision
--Starting in the Fall 2005, for active membership, each
has to pay $6 for the entire academic year. This will go
toward registration fees for activities.
--Attendance will be taken every meeting and activities.
--Officers: President, Vice President, Secretary,
Treasurer, and Historian
-Fundraiser
--Car Wash (TBA)
--Audiences Unlimited. They’ll pay us to watch their
show, $10 per person.

-Mayor Hall Saturday February 5, 2005. Time: 9-11. Meet
