The CSUB Judo Club practices under the authority of the Bakersfield Judo Club, which is a member of Chuka Yudanshakai and the United States Judo Federation (USJF).
If a student wishes to take part in the local tournaments that take place throughout the year, he/she must also be a member of the Bakersfield Judo Club, pay USJF fees ($50 annually), and have the permission of both Sensei Flachmann and Sensei Kinoshita.
