CSUB Counseling Center FAQ for Fall 2021
How can I make an appointment? You can call our main office line at (661) 654-3366 or walk in to the Counseling Center located in the Rivendell building. What are the Counseling Centers hours? Monday through Friday 8am-5pm What if I can’t reach someone when I call? Sometimes we are on the other line. Please leave a voicemail when you call, and you call will be returned as soon as possible. What if I am in crisis? When you reach our voicemail, you can press 2 to be transferred to our crisis hotline. You may also contact community resources (i.e. 911 for life threatening emergency, UPD 654-2111, crisis hotline 1-800-991-5272, or visit the Crisis Stabilization Unit at the Mary K. Shell Mental Health Center (2151 College Ave., Bakersfield, CA 93305). |
