PLATFORM INSTRUCTIONS

2019 Fall Graduate Hooding & Undergraduate Ceremony

Date: Wednesday, December 11, 2019
Ceremony Time: 7:00 p.m.
Ceremony Location: Mechanics Bank Arena (formerly Rabobank Arena)
Regalia Rentals: If you need a academic regalia, you may rent one through the CSUB Runner Bookstore. Contact the bookstore at 661-654-2273.
Arrival Time: 6:00 p.m.
Line-up Location: Platform Room inside the arena. Signage will be provided.
Amenities: Light Refreshments will be available and you may change into your regalia in the Platform Room.
Processional Information: Processional begins at 7:00 p.m. Processional line-up will be hooding faculty, faculty, students, platform party, and faculty marshals.

FACULTY INSTRUCTIONS

Check-in Location: Faculty will check in to the left of the main doors of the arena. Signage will direct faculty and students to the check-in area.
Faculty Room: Faculty will be directed to the faculty room. Refreshments will be available.
Hooding Faculty: The hooding faculty will lead the processional.
