Katrina earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and a Master of Science in Educational Counseling at CSU Bakersfield. She works directly with faculty, staff, employers and community partners as the Assistant Director at the CSUB Center for Career Education & Community Engagement. This work includes coordinating and supervising counseling staff, counseling students and alumni on career education topics, providing technology support for online career management systems (Handshake) and managing academic internship placement data for the campus.

Diane earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Southern California, and is currently working towards her Master of Science in Educational Counseling degree at CSU Bakersfield. She works directly with students on all facets of Career Planning, and collaborates closely with faculty members to coordinate classroom projects related to career development. Previously, Diane worked for many years as a Customer Service Manager for QANTAS Airways, and within recruitment and administration for the CSUB Social Work Program. She has also served as a volunteer for several Non-Profit organizations in the Bakersfield community.

Janet Rivera earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from CSUB.  She started working for CECE in 2014.  Over the years, while working with ACS, BPA, and ASI, she has worked closely with students, staff, and faculty.  As a Career Counselor, she works closely with Students and Alumni in providing Career Development and Job Search Counseling as well as collaborates with faculty members to implement career features to their program.

Rane is a double alumnae from CSU Northridge, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Master of Public Administration with a focus in Non-profit Management. She is also an alumnae of the University of Southern California, Annenberg School of Communication and Journalism where she specialized in Communication Management. Rane has over 10 years of experience working with students and has taught undergraduate courses in career preparation, planning, and professional resource development. She is also involved in her community with local non-profits and serves as the Executive Administrator of a local church. As the Employee Relations Coordinator at CSUB, she works closely with student interns and companies to develop relationships that are mutually beneficial and promote long-term student and company success.

Michelle is a double CSUB alumnae with a BS in Communications and recently earned her MS in Counseling. She previously worked on campus at the School of Natural Sciences, Mathematics, and Engineering. In NSME, she worked in various departments including Grants & Outreach, the Student Center, and ultimately, the Office of the Dean. She enjoys working with and helping students, having also volunteered as a scholarship evaluator with Kern Community Foundation and served on the Prospanica (formerly National Society of Hispanic MBAs) Bakersfield chapter.
