The Runner Alumni Mentor Program, established by the Alumni Association in 2018, pairs up CSUB alumni and other professionals with current students who need help with such things as choosing a career path, drafting a resume, interviewing for jobs and networking.

About 64 pairs of mentors and mentees are participating in RAMP this semester, our third mentoring cycle. Each mentor-mentee relationship develops differently but generally, we ask that each pair meet up at least once a month and attend our professional-development workshops and mixers.

We're already planning for our fourth semester of RAMP, in the fall of 2019. If you're interested in being a mentor or mentee, please fill out an application below. We'd love for you to be part of this very special program
