CSUB competes in both the Wester Athletic Conference and NCAA Division I athletics and fields teams in the following sports:

Men: Baseball, Basketball, Soccer, Swimming and Diving, Track and Field, Wrestling

Women: Basketball, Beach Volleyball, Cross Country, Golf, Soccer, Softball, Swimming and Diving, Track and Field, Volleyball, and Sand Volleyball.

Campus Size

The main campus in Bakersfield is located on a 375-acre site on Stockdale Highway.
