I received the invitation below a few days ago. I encourage you to go to this event, as it might be quite interesting and quite relevant to the class. As I mentioned in class, if you attend and write a two-page report, you can substitute this for any one of the assignments you have missed or may miss later on.

Clean air, sustainable
energy and reduced carbon footprint are important to all Californians. Fuel
cell vehicles have the potential to achieve zero tailpipe emissions and
dramatically reduce greenhouse gas emissions, while providing the range, high
efficiency, rapid refueling and performance consumers expect. Fuel cell
vehicles are one of the technologies that will be a market winner. I hope you,
