This is a second course in Statistics.  We will learn about regression analysis– the art of fitting lines to data.  Since computers are widely available we will not be too concerned with the calculations; we will use a statistical package to do many of the calculations.  Instead we will be interested in checking the theoretical assumptions underlying the various models, interpreting the results, and generally learning how to use regression analysis to find equations that model data.
