Welcome to Matthew Woodman's CSUB homepage.   I am here to guide students on the path to becoming more effective readers and writers, and hopefully that process is an enjoyable journey of intellectual exploration and personal development.

I have been teaching since 2000, and when I am not teaching, I am taking photographs, painting, working in the garden, travelling to the desert, entertaining my son, writing poetry, or reading a good book.
