Scannable Resume      Many organizaions now require "scannable" resumes when you apply for jobs.  The scannable resume is a version of the resume that is devoid of most formatting (bold, italics, etc..).  To see an example of a scannable resume check any high-tech organizations website and they should have an example (e.g., Resumix, Intel, PeopleSoft).
