Welcome to our group!

Our group’s primary interests are the structural and functional characterization of enzymes and the development of inhibitory drugs that can be used to treat cancer.  In particular, we are interested in the mechanistic details of enzyme catalyzed reactions, structural role of disulfide linkages, and the development of selective small molecule inhibitors.

Please see the research page for detailed descriptions of current projects in the group.
