The 14th Annual Small Business Conference 2005 will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 23, 2005 at the U.C. Merced Building, 2000 “K” Street, Bakersfield, CA.  Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. with Classes beginning at 8:30 a.m.
