The floorplan was purchased off the internet. The cabin will be 901 sq. ft. Three bedrooms, one bath.

The property is at approximately 3434 elevation based on a borrowed GPS reading.

Our contractor is Tim Weatherly (Weatherly's Construction), his wife Vickie is a Real Estate Broker who owns Hot Springs Realty. Our friend Marcia is an agent in Vickie's office, which is how we found the lot(s) we bought and got Tim to build our cabin. Marcia, Vickie and Tim have been a great help through this entire process.
