Chuck Tate, Ph.D., Director

Dr. Tate started SPAMS in 2002 when he was a graduate student at the University of Oregon. He received his Ph.D. in 2006. He also worked as a Research Associate at the Oregon Center for Applied Science from 2003-2006.
