There is a lot of good work going on for the students working out of Dr.
Duran’s Social Lab! Several students have recently received recognition
for their research. Amy Grundvig and Kati Rodzon, both

(the national honor society). Amy won first prize for psychological
research, and Kati won a scholarship for her work. Jared
Chapman, who is a McNair scholar and a Sally Casanova Predoctoral
student, won First Place in the Undergraduate, Humanities and Social
Sciences division of the CSUB Student Research Competition. He will also
be presenting his research at the 7th Annual Stanford Undergraduate
