Bobby Accessibility Tool 1. Go to http://www.bobby.com, type in the internet location (URL) of the page you would like to analyze, and choose the "U.S. Section 508 Guidelines".
2. Click submit to view the report. Bobby may remove
formatting such as tables and frames in order to display all of the data.
Bobby will put question mark graphics next to each location on the page
where there may be a Section 508 violation.
3. Scroll down on the report page, and you will see these
possible Section 508 violations listed by category with line numbers. The line
number points to the line of actual HTML code where each possible violation
resides. Bobby will warn you about possible Section 508 violations, but it is
up to you to check the actual page and see if changes are necessary. For a
definitive answer as to whether your page complies with the Section 508
standards, use the AccVerify tool (on the
CSUB Web Services page under the
"Accessibility" link).
