The WebCT Server is running Campus Edition 4.1.

Your WebCT ID is the first portion of your RunnerMail e-mail address (i.e. jdoe6@runner.csub.edu has a WebCT ID of jdoe6). 

If you've never logged in to WebCT before please try the last 5 digits of your CSUB ID number as your password. If that does not work contact E Learning Services. Send an email with:

• your Student ID number (located on your Runner ID card)
• the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number
• the year of your birth

If you do not include the requested information it will delay the processing of your password reset request.

With this information we can reset your password to the last 5 digits of your Student ID number and we will reply to your email stating that it has been completed. If you can not email us using your RunnerMail account please call us at 661-654-2315 to have your password reset.

If you can log into WebCT but are missing courses that you should have access to you will need to contact the professor(s) and have them add you to the course(s). You can not add yourself to a course, only a professor can do that.
