Training For The New VoIP Telephone System

The ITS Infrastructure team and the campus training department is offering a variety of online training resources that you can access at a time that is convenient for you. You can request additional one-on-one training if the resources provided below are not sufficient. In order to request training you will need to contact the Help Desk at 661-654-HELP (4357) to schedule the training.
