Supported Equipment List
This page lists the equipment that ITS Infrastructure currently supports. The ITS Infrastructure team is constantly reviewing and validating new equipment for use in our VoIP environment. If you would like to use phone equipment not listed on this page, then please contact the Help Desk to request that ITS Infrastructure review the equipment and validate it for our environment.

Classroom/Office Phones
Mitel 6867i (Default Office Phone)
Features:
- Support for up to 24 lines when connected to an expansion module.
- 3.5" color display.
- 6 programmable soft keys.
- 4 programmable context sensitive system keys

Features:
- Great low cost option for conference calls.
- Microphone picks up voice up to 7 feet away.
- Works well in smaller conference rooms with up to 6 participants.
