VOIP Voicemail Training Information
In 2017, CSUB began transitioning to Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) for telephone and voicemail. The VOIP voicemail systems offers the same functionally that you are accustomed, plus much more.
With VOIP, you have the ability to:
- Access your voicemail from your office or away from the office
- Listen to messages
- Forward messages to others
- Reply to messages
- Compose and send messages
- Record busy, no answer, and extended away greetings
Future functionality will allow you to:
- Receive your voicemail messages as an email
- Change your greetings online
- and much more.
