PROCARD RECONCILIATION TRAINING

The University offers the Procurement Credit Card (ProCard) as a payment option for the purchase of commodities and off-campus services. All ProCard cardholders are required to take the ProCard Reconciliation Training before receiving their card.


TRAINING STEPS

To complete the training, complete the steps below:

  1. Print the ProCard Reconciliation QRG

  2. Print the ProCard Cardholder Handbook

  3. Watch the training video

    The video uses Flash technology. You will need to run Adobe Flash, when prompted. Also, be sure to enable Adobe Flash. If you don't have Flash installed, you can download from https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/.

  4. Screen shot your test results

    Depending on your computer, the steps to screen shot your results may vary. The common steps are either hit the Print Screen (PrtScn) key on your keyboard or hit the FN and PrintScreen keys. If these options don't work for you, please contact the Service Center at 661-654-4357 to assist you.

  5. Email your screen shot to the ProCard Administrator

    After you have captured your screenshot, do the following:
  • Click the link to email the ProCard Administrator: ProCard Administrator
  • Paste your screen shot into the email.
  • Click the Send button
