Faculty Fellows Program

The Faculty Fellows Program (FFP) is designed to provide selected faculty members with a set of experiences resulting in a comprehensive understanding of leadership and its application in higher education. The goal is to provide faculty an opportunity to strengthen their skills in a specific area of interest to them while at the same time gaining an institutional perspective that may open opportunities for professional growth. FFP provides leadership training to faculty who are highly motivated and committed to assuming leadership roles on our campus. The training includes monthly meetings during the calendar year, and culminates in a retreat where the group gathers to discuss campus leadership challenges and to identify possible solutions for those challenges.

Twelve faculty will be selected representing the four academic schools and the library. The cohort will participate in year-long program beginning in February of 2014. All tenure-track faculty are invited to apply. If you are interested, please complete the application form below and submit it to or drop it off at the TLC office by January 31, 2014. Selected individuals will receive a $400 stipend for their participation.
