We have gone over most of these,  just scan and (a)  identify those functions you do not know, we will discuss them next quarter if needed and (b) you will know where to find answers about these Windows operations:

(2) Portfolio Completion

(a) Clean up  your Dictionary and your Problems and Solutions/FAQ (check for format,  grammer, spelling, coherence).
Go to this web page Class Web Links.html to review any documentation assigned in class.  Add this web address to your
Problems and Solutions/FAQ as a source for general information on using a computer.

(3)   Email  
Send an email to your instructor 24 hours before the next class.
  The email will have:
(a) three questions you would like answered about the following: Windows (see 1 above), Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Browsers, Internet searches etc.
(b) three vocabulary terms you would like defined (see (2) a above)
Next class we will create a CD of your files containing your portfolio and any other material (papers you have created for classes, music etc. ) that you may want to save on a CD as a backup.  Your instructor will demonstrate this in class.

Erase all files in your homework folder.  Place a copy of all homework, in red above,  in your homework folder and bring to next class to place in class homework folder on the transfer drive

NOTE: Your dictionary and Problems and Solutions will count as 15% points each for the final--make sure they are in good shape in terms of organization, complete vocabulary listing and at least 10 problems and solutions.  The writing must be clear and understandable.
