Your browser does not seem to have Javascript enabled, but it is required for the online registration form that you are attempting to use.
However, you can request a test registration form by calling the Testing Center (661) 654-3373.
Alternately, you could enable javascript in your browser and then use the registration form.
Internet Explorer 6.x and 5.x
First, click "Tools>Internet Options" on the tool bar.
Seccond, click the "Security" tab in the upper left-hand corner of the dialog box.
Then, select the "Internet" icon.
Next, click the "Custom Level..." button at the bottom of the dialog box.
Next, scroll down the list until you see the heading "Scripting."
Next, click the "Enable" radio button under "Active Scripting."
Next, click "OK" at the bottom of the screen.
Next, close the remaining boxes by clicking "Yes" or "OK."
Lastly, click the "Refresh" button on the browser tool bar.
Netscape Navigator 4.08 and higher
First, click "Edit>Preferences" on the tool bar.
Seccond, click "Advanced" on the bottom of the list on the left side of the dialog box.
Then, click the check box labeled "Enable JavaScript."
Next, click "OK."
Lastely, click the "Reload" button on the browser tool bar.
America Online 4.0 and higher
First, click the "My AOL" icon on the tool bar.
Seccond, click "Preferences."
Then, click the "WWW" icon.
Next, click the "Security" tab in the upper left-hand corner of the
"AOL Internet Properties" dialog box.
Next, select the "Internet" icon.
Next, click the "Custom Level" button at the bottom of the dialog box.
Next, scroll down the list until you see the heading "Scripting."
Next, click the "Enable" radio button under "Active Scripting."
Next, click "OK" at the bottom of the screen.
Next, close the remaining boxes by clicking "Yes" or "OK."
