Reservations
Reservations for facilities in and around the Student Union can be made by contacting the Student Union Director's Office at (661) 654-2494, or by completing the Student Union Reservation Form available below. Once you have completed the Student Union Reservation Form, you may fax the form to 661-654-2453; mail to: CSUB Student Union 9001 Stockdale Hwy. Bakersfield, CA 93311; or email to rflores9@csub.edu. Once the Student Union office receives your reservation request room/space availability will be verified and confirmed.
The experienced and helpful staff can assist you with the coordination and setup of meetings, conferences, dances, receptions, film screenings, banquets and various special events. Rental charges vary depending upon the facility utilization and whether the sponsoring organization is a student group, campus department or program, or off-campus guest.

The Blue Room
This conference room seats 18 - 20 people at a conference table and includes a whiteboard, pegboard,
sink and counter.
The Green Room
This conference room seats 8 - 10 people at a conference table and includes a whiteboard, pegboard,
sink and counter.
The Yellow Room
This conference room seats 8 - 10 people at a conference table and includes a whiteboard, pegboard,
sink and counter.
Multipurpose Room
This large facility can fit up to 250 people lecture style seating, 120 classroom style, and 150 for banquets.
This room includes an in-house sound system, room for stage sections and lights that dim.
Lounge
The lounge may not be reserved during operational hours. It is at the discrection of the director/designee to
make an exception.
Wiley's Pub Patio
The Pub patio may not be reserved during operational hours. It is at the discretion of the director/designee
to make an exception.
Runner Park & Front Patio Entry Area
The patio has electrical outlets for use.
Stockdale Room
This banquet room is located off to the inside of Runner Cafe and includes a beautiful outside garden patio. The Stockdale Room seats 120 banquet style and 100 for lecture style seating.
Runner Cafe
Runner Cafe may not be reserved during operational hours. It is at the discretion of the Food Service Director/designee to make an exception.
