Mark your calendar for the Staff Forum End of the Year BBQ luncheon. We will be hosting the BBQ in Alumni Park once again with our great guys from Facilities Management cooking up your favorite hamburgers and hotdogs. Watch for more specific information and where to purchase tickets. (And as a little side note, we are hoping to fundraise enough to help defray the cost of each lunch ticket...a way to say thank you for all the staff does and for all the support Staff Forum receives!)

Celebrate CSUB
Staff Forum will be hosting the tri-tip/chicken BBQ for Celebrate CSUB. The
BBQ will be north of DDH and west of the library on the lawn area.

Spring Coffee Social

A morning social for staff to enjoy each other's company and celebrate the
coming of spring with our May Day celebration. We will be serving coffee,
cocoa, tea, bagels and cream cheese.

Applications to receive a Staff Forum Scholarship are now available (and attached
to this email if needed). Please complete and return by May 18th.
Staff Forum Elections
Watch for nominationn forms for the 2007-2008 Staff Forum Board. Take a stand,
have some fun, and make a difference for the staff at CSUB...become involved
in Staff Forum. Watch for those forms soon.
Outstanding Staff Awards
Look for nomination forms soon in your email. The awards will be given out
at the End of the Year luncheon. Start thinking about those "outstanding"
staff that make CSUB an "Excellent" university!
