This survey was designed by The Washington Post, the Henry J. Kaiser Family Foundation, and Harvard University and conducted by Princeton Survey Research Associates.
The data for the instructional subset were extracted and the codebook prepared by JeDon Emenhiser, Humboldt State University, and John L. Korey, California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, from material provided by the Inter-universtiy Consortium for Political and Social Research (ICPSR).
