Madhavappllil Thomas holds an MSW and Ph.D in social work. He brings to this program a uniquely diverse professional experience in teaching, research and practice in India, Canada and the U.S. Dr. Thomas currently teaches social welfare policy, community development, research and social work administration. His current research interests include risk and resilience of children in public welfare, acculturative stress, homeless court and comparative social work education.
