Addresses

 


The Student Center provides the ability to maintain your addresses. You can have up to 3 addresses, such as Mail, and Permanent. Click either the Mailing Adress or the Permanent Address link in the Contact Information box to open the Addresses page, which will allow you to manage your information.

Adding Addresses

You can add one or more addresses. To add an address:

  1. Click the Add A New Address button
  2. If your address is outside of the United States, use the Change Country link to select the appropriate Country.
  3. Enter the first line of your address in the Address 1 box
  4. If necessary use the Address 2 and Address 3 boxes to complete your address
  5. Enter your city in the City field
  6. Enter your state abbreviation in the State field. If you are unsure about the abreviation of your state, use the look up icon (magnifying glass) to find it.
  7. Enter your zip code in the Postal field.
  8. Enter your county in the County field
  9. When you are satisfied with your entries, click the OK button.
  10. Click the OK button on the Save Confirmation page.

Editing Addresses

From the Edit Address page, you can edit your address information, such as country, street address, city, state, zip code, and county. To change your address information:

  1. Click either the Mailing or Permanent Address link in the Contact Information box.
  2. On the Addresses page, click the Edit button beside the address you would like to update.
  3. On the Edit Address page, make any changes to the following fields, as needed:
    1. Country
    2. Adress 1
    3. Address 2
    4. Address 3
    5. City
    6. State
    7. Postal (zip code)
    8. County
  4. When you are satisfied with your changes, click the OK button to submit your changes to the system.
  5. If the Change Address page appears,
    1. Select the Address Type
    2. If desired, change the Date Changes will take effect field to your desired date by either typing in the date or selecting a date using the calendar icon.
  6. When you are satisfield with these changes, click the Save button to submit your changes.
  7. Click the OK button on the Save Confirmation page.
