Grade Rosters are available as soon as the Registrar opens the grading period. From the Grade Roster you can:
- Assign Grades
- Download your grade roster to Excel
- Produce a printer friendly version of your grade roster


Assign Grades
You can assign grades by opening your grade roster, selecting a grade for each student, and clicking the save button. To assign grades:
- From the Faculty Center My Teaching Schedule, click the Grade Roster
icon next to the class you wish to enter grades - In the Grade Roster Type field, select Final Grade using the drop down arrow
- In the Approval Status, select Not Reviewed using the drop down arrow.
- For each student, enter the student's grade or select the grade using the drop down arrow.
- When you are satisfied with your entries, click the Save button.
The grades are posted nightly. Once grades are posted, you must submit a grade change form to have a student's grade changed. Before the nightly grade posting, a student's grade is changeable by you.
Download Grade Roster to Excel
You can use the Download
icon to download your grade roster to Excel or open your grade roster in a new browser window. To download your grade roster:
- Click the Download
icon - On the File Download screen, select either Open or Save.
- If you selected Open, the grade roster will open in a new browser window.
- If you selected Save, the Save AS dialog box opens. To save the grade roster:
- Navigate to your desired save location, such as a network drive or My Documents
- Name the grade roster, such as BA370-Summer08.xls.
- Click Save.
Print Grade Roster
You can print your grade roster by using the print button on your web browser. To print your grade roster:
- Click the grade roster icon

- From the Grade Roster, click the Printer Friendly Version button

- Click the Print button on your browser tool bar or click File on the browser menu and then click Print.
