NSM Student Center

Welcome to the Student Services Center in the School of Natural Sciences, Mathematics, and Engineering (NSME) located in Sci I, Rm 116. Our office is staffed by two full-time advisors and student assistants. Our mission is to provide excellent customer service to our students and provide programs, events, and services to compliment the academic success of our students. Services include pre-advising and registration assistance, with an overall goal of supplementing each student's academic education in a safe, secure and accessible environment.

As an NSME student, you are responsible for your education. You should be aware of important dates such as advising and registration dates, last day to add/drop courses, and the deadline to file your graduation application. We encourage you to be proactive in monitoring your academic path and we have included many resources for you on this website.

Please note:

• Students with fewer than 45 units completed are required to meet with their faculty advisor prior to registration.
• Students with more than 45 units completed are required to meet with their faculty advisor at least once per year.
• You are encouraged to meet with an academic advisor in the Student Center more frequently to ensure maximum progress toward graduation.
