Amassing files creates headaches

I’m feeling really lazy today.
http://www2.empeg.com/main.html- One of the biggest suckers of hard-drive space on my computer at home is a collection of .mp3 files that I have created from my CDs. After amassing about seven or eight hours of music I can listen to, it is hard to go back to regular CD’s or even the radio. Well, once I get some extra cash, this little gadget is all mine. It is a custom setup that allows you to play .mp3’s in your car a specialized unit. The bad part is that it will cost more than $1,000 to purchase and then ship over from England.
http://pages.pomona.edu/~djensen/axisallies/index.html- During high school, my friends and I had an addiction and it was called Axis and Allies. Many a weekend was spent playing this in-depth game until someone, usually not me, won. After a while, the conventional rules lost their flavor. So we resorted to our own rules to improve the game. Well, this site has compiled a listing of all of the house rules. Some of them are simple; others are complex and would be challenging to play. Plus, it also has strategy for each of the five superpowers.
http://www.cars.com/- Lately I have been looking to replace my car within the next few months. So after searching around a bit, I came upon this site. As typical of a large supersite, it’s got a bit of everything. You can look up prices on both new and used cars. And it doesn’t limit you to the more popular makes; it also has listings for cars that you don’t see very often, like Porsches and Yugos. It also allows you to enter the make and year of a car and it will list any recalls that it may have. After checking out the recalls for my old car, it looked to be fairly accurate.
http://epguides.com/menu/current.html- Have you ever wanted to see a particular episode of a television program only to have your significant other seize control of the remote and force you to watch something else? Or have you forgotten what time it is and missed the first half of the show? Well, there is some hope for you. This site lists television series episodes in order of airdate. It then has a brief synopsis of the plot and who was in it. The downside is that some of the listings are old. But the upside is that there are a lot of shows available to check out, including most of the popular ones on the air today.
For those of you who have questions or comments, you will have to hold onto them until the beginning of next quarter as this is the last issue of the Runner.
