Exam Proctors
What is an Exam Proctor?
From time to time, instructors will require that exams be proctored. In this instance, the student will need to download the Proctor Notification form informing the instructor of their exam location, proctor name and other pertinent information.
An eligible Proctor will fall into one of the following categories:
- College/university instructor
- College testing center staff
- Training director
- Personnel manager
- Employment supervisor
- Public official, such as a librarian
Friends or relatives are not acceptable and exams cannot be sent to Post Office Boxes. Exams will be sent directly to the approved Proctor.
Those students who are within 50 miles of a community college/university should make arrangements with the college's Testing or Student Services center.
It is the student's responsibility to arrange a convenient time on the day the Exam is to be taken and submit the names of their proctors as soon as possible.
