Application Requirements:

    --Completed Graduate Application
    --Resume summarizing work experience
    --Written statement of personal goals and program objectives
    --Three completed Reference Forms
    --Two official transcripts from all colleges attended
    --$75 application fee

Admission Requirements:

--Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University
--Minimum GPA of 3.0 in the last 90 quarter units (60 semester units) of the applicant’s  undergraduate program
--Potential for success as demonstrated via the application packet

 

The MSA Admission Committee takes a holistic approach to admission decisions.  Acceptance into the MSA program is based on the student’s potential for academic and professional success.  Students admitted to the program with a Conditionally Classified standing, advance to Classified standing as various benchmarks are attained.

Upon approval of the Academic Coordinator, in consultation with the Admission Committee, students not meeting all program entrance requirements may be admitted to the program with Conditionally Classified Standing.  In these cases, the Academic Coordinator will develop criteria on an individual basis that must be met for advancement to Classified Standing.

Graduation Requirements:

--Completion of a minimum of 45 quarter units of coursework, of which 35 quarter units must be graduate level (500 or 600)
--Maintenance of a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better in all coursework in the Plan of Study of the MSA program
--Completion of ADM 690 Capstone with a grade of B or better.
