Online Services There are many services which provide distant learners with access to library information. You will be required to use your RunnerMail account (User Name and Password) to access the databases. Information about establishing your RunnerMail account is available on the menu bar. For additional information, please consult the Distance Services Policies and Procedures page.
Research Assistance As a Regional Programs student you have full access research services via the telephone and internet. Information will either be mailed, faxed, e-mailed, or sent via UPS. These services include: document delivery of selected magazine articles or book extracts, interlibrary loans, and reference assistance. Many of the services are available free of charge or for a nominal fee. Click here to connect to the Distant Learner services
Visiting the COC Library Santa Clarita community members are welcome to use all COC Library materials while in the library. Community members who are not eligible for a regular Library card may request a SCILNET (Santa Clarita Interlibrary Network) card at their local public or school library. This temporary card entitles the holder to check out any materials that circulate to the COC students. For additional information, consult the COC Library Circulation or Reference desk.
