Application Procedures
DO NOT apply through CSU Mentor. You MUST download the Regional Programs .PDF application and complete it by hand. Online applications are NOT available. If you are unable to download the application, contact the Regional Programs office at 661/654-3423, and you will be mailed an application.
Application Requirements for all Programs
- Completed Application
Undergraduate Application -- DO NOT print double sided
Graduate Application -- DO NOT print double sided
- Two official (unopened) transcripts from each college or university attended
- $75 Application Fee
- Submit all application materials to the address below:

Undergraduate Admission Requirements
- Minimum GPA of 2.0
- Completion of 60 semester units or 90 quarter units, including lower division General Education requirements
- Completion of General Education breadth requirement:
1. Written Communication
2. Oral Communication
3. Logical reasoning
4. Statistics
