Group X

Reach your fitness and wellness goals in an energetic, fun, and relaxing group setting. Just check the schedule and drop in. There is no cost and no registration needed for our classes. Join our student instructors for Interval Training, Zumba, Indoor Cycling, and much more!


Fall Group X Schedule

Classes are 50 minutes long unless otherwise noted.

Please arrive on time for class. Entrance will not be permitted 15 minutes after the start time. 

*Class requires protective covering for hands. Kickboxing gloves are available for check out at the SRC front desk. Wraps may also be purchased at the front desk.
