Your safety is our top concern!

All Campus Recreation and Wellbeing staff members are First Aid, Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and CPR certified by the American Red Cross. 

During the SRC's operating hours, our Recreation Assistants complete hourly counts of participants in preparation for any type of evacuation emergency. Similarly, our Student Managers on Duty (MOD’s) walk around and observe to ensure safety and quality of member experience.  

The SRC requires member identification prior to gaining access to the facility in the form of a CSUB ID, CSUB SRC Mobile App, or valid state or federal ID.  To ensure the safety of our members and their belongings, our facility is equipped with a camera security system throughout the interior and exterior of the building.
