Student Conduct Process

The Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities is committed to the principle of due process. Alleged violations of the Student Code of Conduct are handled in an educational manner with fairness and impartiality. Appropriate consequences and/or actions can be applied to maintain the University’s expectations for all students.

Disciplinary Sanctions

Executive Order 1098 Revised (Student Conduct Procedures) allows the University to impose the following sanctions/actions for Student Code of Conduct violations:  

  • Restitution
  • Loss of Financial Aid
  • Educational and Remedial Sanctions
  • Denial of Access to Campus or Persons
  • Disciplinary Probation
  • Suspension
  • Expulsion
  • Administrative Hold and Withholding a Degree
  • Interim Suspension
