RN-BSN Health Clearance - Current Students

Before beginning clincial courses (Nursing 442 + Nursing 444) the following is required:

1. Updated Health Clearance form from the Student Health Center.
2. Current health care provider basic life support (BLS) through American Heart Association.
3. Updated contact information in the Department of Nursing.
4. Proof of Professional liability from CSUB.

All of the above information needs to be submitted to the Department of Nursing prior to the start of your clinical quarter - Fall + Spring of every year.
