RN-BSN Students are required to have:

1. Current and Valid RN License.
2. Current health care provider basic life support (BLS) through the American Heart Association.
3. Completed background check.
4. Proof of professional liability from CSUB.
5. Completed drug screen.
6. Submit recent physical exam and proof of TB clearance from your personal health care provider.
7. Submit a current copy of your personal medical insurance OR Medical Insurance Decline form.

All information must go through the student health center before you begin your clinical courses.
