Student Advisement
CSUB Nursing Department Monthly Information Sessions
CSUB Department of Nursing holds monthly information sessions. These sessions are intended for transfer students or anyone interested in finding out more about the nursing traditional 3-year nursing program offered at CSUB. We request that those not currently attending CSUB attend an information session prior to scheduling an individual advising appointment. Individual Advising Appointments
Academic advising for nursing students is obtained from a Nursing Department advisor. Prospective students need to bring transcripts of all college coursework completed at all colleges/universities other than CSUB to advising appointments.

CSUB Orientations
University orientation and advisement days are held several times during the year. Attendance at one of these sessions is required. Orientation dates and information can be obtained by visiting www.csub.edu or contacting the Orientation Office at (661) 654-3388.
