The Fall 2009 Application form will be available by late December, 2008

Prior to applying to the nursing program, applicants must apply and be accepted to CSUB. While the Department of Nursing is not accepting nursing applications until January 5, students planning to apply for fall 2009 should submit their application to the university at this time.
