Background Check and Drug Testing
The following forms are necessary to review in completing the background check and drug testing. Please read the legal wording of background checks set forth by The California State University, Office of the Chancellor. The other form is specific instructions on how to complete the required background check and drug test. The deadline to complete the background check and drug test is no later than August 15, 2012. Failure to complete this requirement by the deadline will result in being administratively dropped from the program.
