CSUB's Kegley Institute of Ethics Announces Annual Spring Lecture

Many know the story of Trayvon Martin, the unarmed young man who was shot and killed by a neighborhood watch guard. Many, however, are not aware of his father’s story or the impact that followed after Trayvon’s death. Tracy Martin has dedicated his life to speaking about his son, through the Trayvon Martin Foundation, and will bring that message to California State University, Bakersfield (CSUB) in April. CSUB’s Kegley Institute of Ethics is proud to announce Tracy Martin for their 30th Annual Charles W. Kegley Memorial Lecture, which will take place from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at the Doré Theatre.

This lecture is expected to fill up fast, so attendees are encouraged to arrive early. For more information about this event and others like this, please visit www.csub.edu/kie or call (661) 654-6263.
