The Repository will accept for

scope of a
single project and should be housed with the California
collections to maintain the integrity
of the data.
The scope of services provided by the Repository will consist of maintaining a

clearly and permanently labeled with the site number and the catalogue
number.
|
3.
|
Boxes must be labeled on the outside with the site trinomial as well
as the catalogue numbers assigned to the artifacts within the box.
|
4.
|
Fragile artifacts should be bagged separately before placing in box.
|
5.
|
All appropriate reports, catalogues, site records, maps, and notes
must accompany the collection.
|
6.
|
The museum should be notified of the size of the collection at least
2 weeks prior to delivery.
|
7.
|
Payment must be made at the time of deposit unless otherwise arranged
in advance. The one-time fee per cubic foot (1 box) is $1000.00.
|
8.

Upon receipt, the collection will be assessed for compliance to the
above guidelines before acceptance. If curation is required by the
museum staff, the depositor will be billed for time and materials.
